Let us be honest: nobody becomes fluent in thirty days. But in a month you can build a daily habit, stop fearing the first sentence and notice real progress. The plan below uses free tools and about thirty minutes a day. The key idea is simple: you improve at speaking by speaking, not by reading about speaking.
Learn greetings, polite requests and ten sentences you use every day, such as asking for directions or ordering food. Say them aloud until they feel automatic. Write each new word in your notes app with a sentence of your own, not a copied one.
Choose a channel designed for learners and use subtitles at first. After a few days, listen once without subtitles and then once with them to check what you missed.
Use your phone's voice recorder to describe your morning in one minute. Listen back. You will notice pauses, repeated words and missing endings. Record the same topic again at the end of the week and compare.
Arrange two short calls each week with a practice partner and agree on a topic beforehand. Ask each other to correct only one mistake per call, otherwise the conversation never flows.
Keep a simple tally in your notes: days completed, new words and the date of your recordings. At day 30, listen to your first and last recording back to back. That comparison is more honest than any test score.
Is a paid plan necessary? No. The free features are enough for this plan, and the habit matters more than the app.
What if I miss a day? Carry on the next day. Do not try to make up for it with a double session.
Some days you will be tired or busy. On such days, do just ten minutes: listen to one short clip and repeat three sentences aloud. This keeps the habit alive. Missing one day does not matter; missing a week usually does.
Ask a friend or cousin who also wants to improve and agree to speak in English for ten minutes on a call each evening. Talk about simple things such as your day, food or a film. Do not correct each other all the time; correct only mistakes that stop you from being understood.
After 30 days, you are not going to be fluent. But you should be able to introduce yourself, ask simple questions and follow slow speech. Keep your first recording and compare it with a new one at day 30; the difference is usually motivating.
